Sr. SAP S4 SAP FICO ACH functional Remote

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant to support a critical SAP finance initiative within a highly regulated DOD environment. This role will partner with finance and IT teams to deliver configuration enhancements specializing in ACH payment processing and support across core financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO configuration enhancement and support activities
  
• Work directly with business stakeholders to gather and translate financial requirements
  
• Configure and support:
  • General Ledger (GL)
    
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
    
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
    
  • Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
    
  • Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
    
• Support financial close processes (month-end/year-end)
  
• Develop functional specs and collaborate with ABAP teams on RICEFW objects
  
• Ensure integration with MM SD and other SAP modules
  
• Participate in testing data validation and user support
  
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution
  

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on SAP FICO functional experience
  
• Strong configuration experience in GL AP AR and Asset Accounting
  
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA Finance
  
• At least 12 full lifecycle SAP implementations
  
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial processes
  
• Proven ability to work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  

Compliance & Eligibility Requirements (Critical)

• U.S. Citizenship required
  
• Experience working in ITAR-controlled environments
  
• Ability to comply with export control regulations

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations
  
• Exposure to defense aerospace or regulated industries
  
• Experience with financial reporting tools (Fiori SAC BW)
  
• Background supporting audit or compliance-driven environments
