Key Responsibilities:
Production Operations
Plan organise and manage daily production schedules to meet output targets.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency quality and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
Optimize resource allocation including labor materials and machinery.
Quality Assurance
Ensure all products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
Collaborate with quality control teams to implement and maintain quality systems.
Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions.
Team Leadership
Supervise train and develop production staff and supervisors.
Foster a safe productive and positive work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.

Ensure adherence to environmental and operational regulations.

2 years of experience in manufacturing preferably in the container packaging or related industry.
