Job Title : Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Type : C2C/W2

Experience : 10 15 years

Location : San Jose California(On-site)

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex large-scale technology programs across multiple engineering teams
Drive technical strategy architecture discussions and design reviews in collaboration with engineering leadership
Manage program roadmaps milestones dependencies and release planning
Translate business objectives into scalable technical execution plans
Oversee backend system development (Java-based microservices and distributed systems)
Identify assess and mitigate technical risks and cross-functional dependencies
Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices quality standards and governance processes
Partner with Product Engineering QA DevOps and Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless execution
Track program KPIs metrics and overall delivery health; provide executive-level status reporting
Coordinate API integrations cloud deployments and CI/CD initiatives
Drive performance optimization scalability reliability and system resiliency improvements
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure predictable sprint and release execution
Manage stakeholder communications across business and technical leadership
Support security compliance and enterprise architecture alignment.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
