Job Summary
Collaborate and jointly define the CMDB strategy governance model and data management framework for the organization in alignment with K&E Service Area leads.
Design the CMDB data model including classes relationships and CI hierarchy aligned with ITIL/CMDB best practices.
Establish naming conventions CI class standards and attribute definitions.
Map relationships between applications servers networks and business services
Collaborate with Change Management Asset Management ITSM ITOM teams for process alignment.
Reporting and Compliance (CMDB health CI compliance).
Be responsible for the CMDB health including log inspection to identify and lead in remediation of missing or bad data and discovery errors.
Perform the tasks and activities of a configuration manager.
