The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care across various units based on need including Medical/Surgical ICU ER Psychiatric Labor & Delivery PACU and Operating Room. Responsibilities include patient assessments medication administration treatment planning and interdisciplinary collaboration. The role requires flexibility strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

- Patient assessments

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working
- Clinical Assessment Medication Administration and Treatment Planning skills
- Minimum two years of hospital home health or hospice care experience
- Drivers license car insurance and automobile for field work

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field

Special Considerations:
- Must have a vehicle for the assignment
- On-call required: 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month
- Weekends required when on call (1 weekend per month)
- May be required to float to other units and facilities
