Job Summary

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas (or ability to obtain quickly)
6 years of civil engineering experience
Minimum 3 years managing projects from concept to construction focused on site/land development
Strong project management experience with proven results
Stellar client management skills with the ability to strategize and articulate issues with clients
Comprehensive understanding of local site development regulations and permitting processes
Firm grasp of AutoCAD Civil 3D
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to maintaining a strong sense of professionalism ethics and high standard of quality work
Must be authorized to work in the United States
