Job Summary

Essential Functions:

- Track and monitor project budgets expenditures and forecasts to ensure financial control.

- Maintain accurate project files and produce reports as needed or requested.

- Effectively communicate project(s) status to project managers.

- Interact with clients and customers as needed.

- Support the development of project schedules and integrate with cost plans.

- Coordinate with the finance and accounting teams during billing cycles audits and month-end close.

- Analyze performance data including project costs revenue margins budgets and variances.

- Develop risk mitigations and contingency planning.

- Continuously looks for ways to improve results or outcomes to increase customer satisfaction and decrease the bottom line.

Education/Experience:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Project Management or similar combined with experience to manage a set of varying quantities and sizes of projects. Minimum of 5 years of experience in controlling projects. Expert in computer usage including Microsoft Office P6 (or similar scheduling software) and the Internet.

Environment: Regular work schedules. However overtime may be required if necessary to complete projects or specialized training. This position works primarily in a climate-controlled office. Occasional travel including overnight may be required. Occasionally wears site-required PPE.

Physical: This position is defined as Light. Work involves exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally using any combination of body hands fingers arms legs or feet to complete work. Walking and standing and sitting to a significant degree.
