A leading automation machinery manufacturing company is seeking experienced Data Engineers to join its growing Data Engineering team in Nashville. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with strong coding expertise and deep AWS experience who thrives in building scalable production-grade data systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design build and maintain scalable data pipelines in AWS
Implement data ingestion transformation and processing workflows
Develop high-quality production-ready code in Java or Python
Work with Apache Spark for distributed data processing
Implement logging monitoring and performance optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytics and operational data needs
Support infrastructure automation and cloud best practices

Required Qualifications

7 10 years of professional experience
3 years of strong hands-on coding in Java or Python
3 years of AWS experience
Hands-on experience with:
- AWS S3
- AWS Lambda
- AWS Glue
- Apache Spark
Proven experience building and maintaining end-to-end data pipelines
Experience with logging monitoring and production support

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
Experience with Informatica Snowflake or other ETL tools
Background in large-scale or industrial data environments

Work Authorization

- 7 years of experience
- Does not require visa sponsorship
- Currently live in Nashville
