Seeking a professional with proven experience to support the landscape design and sales operations. This role blends creative landscape design expertise with client-facing sales and project coordination. The ideal candidate is results-driven highly motivated and thrives in a collaborative team-oriented environment while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of professional landscape design and sales experience a degree in Landscape Architecture or a combination of both.
  • Portfolio demonstrating previous landscape design work is required and must be available upon request or submitted with application.
  • Highly proficient in: Adobe Creative Suite Google Workspace and SketchUp
  • Proven ability to present design concepts and proposals to Commercial & Residential clients and close sales.
  • Ability to design within established budgets while maintaining profitability and project value.
  • Working knowledge of regional plant materials site conditions and applicable codes or regulations.
  • In-depth understanding of landscape design construction and installation best practices.
  • Experience producing clear construction documentation for installation teams.
  • Bilingual: Spanish/English is a bonus
  • Valid Drivers License with a clear record.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with prospective clients to understand project goals. Develop design-build concepts and quotes that align with both client needs and company profitability.
  • Collaborate with production and installation teams to ensure designs are buildable efficient and executed as intended.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress throughout installation to ensure alignment with approved designs specifications and client expectations.
  • Track leads proposals and follow-ups to support consistent sales performance.
  • Winter collaboration with the services team as needed
