Job Title: Business Analyst (Salesforce CRM) 13 years of experience

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Serve as the subject matter expert and primary troubleshooting resource for Salesforce Lightning Experience and Marketing Cloud platforms
Provide ongoing user support including troubleshooting and resolution of complex Salesforce technical and functional issues
Strengthen Salesforce reporting capabilities by creating advanced reports and dashboards including cross-filters custom report types and data visualization solutions
Build optimize and integrate advanced Marketing Cloud features including Cloud Pages to support digital communication needs and data capture workflows
Collaborate with Marketing Advising and Digital Communications teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce and Marketing Cloud solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce and Marketing Cloud data integration issues and automation behavior
Ensure data integrity quality and consistency across Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud environments
Troubleshoot segmentation list management and automation workflows within Marketing Cloud
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities including coordination execution issue tracking and validation
Lead user adoption and enablement initiatives to transition technical solutions back to functional users across business units
Work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Document system processes workflows technical enhancements and recommendations to support operational improvements
Develop process diagrams flow charts and wireframes to support system design and business requirements
Support multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing priorities and deadlines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users marketing teams technical teams and digital communications groups
Utilize tools such as Salesforce CRM Marketing Cloud IT Business Management platforms Miro and Microsoft 365 for collaboration and project execution
Apply advanced analytical problem-solving and data analysis techniques to improve system performance and user experience
Support system architecture understanding business system documentation and technical report writing
Participate in requirements review system documentation and solution design discussions
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Demonstrated Salesforce Trailhead knowledge or ranking
Strong experience troubleshooting and supporting Salesforce Lightning Experience environments
Experience working with Salesforce CRM reporting dashboards and data management
Experience with Marketing Cloud features including automation segmentation and Cloud Pages
Strong skills in business needs analysis and requirements elicitation from both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience documenting business processes workflows and system requirements
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills within Salesforce environments
Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes
Experience working in cross-functional environments with marketing business and technical teams
Strong communication organization and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification
Experience working with AppExchange applications
Experience with data integration system architecture and CRM ecosystem tools
Experience with project management tasks including requirements documentation workflow diagramming and wireframing
Experience with collaboration tools such as Miro and Microsoft 365 suite
