If youve worked a full desk and know how to bring in clients and fill roles this is your lane.
Were hiring a Recruiter focused on skilled trades welders fabricators CNC machinists maintenance techs and more. This is a hands-on role where youll own the entire process from business development to placement.
What youll do
- Build new client relationships and win business
- Recruit screen and place skilled trades talent
- Manage the full lifecycle from intake to offer
- Stay active in the market (calls outreach events referrals)
- Partner with clients to understand real hiring needs
Qualifications :
- 2 years full desk recruiting experience
- Strong business development skills
- Comfortable managing multiple roles and clients
- Experience with skilled trades or construction is a big plus
Additional Information :
Important to know
- Hybrid role must be based in or relocate to Houston
- No sponsorship available
- Senior leadership position with team oversight
