Responsibilities Include

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing and initial outreach to interview coordination and offer negotiation as a lead Recruiter.
• Strategic Sourcing: Lead talent acquisition efforts by utilizing job boards and networking to build a robust pipeline for manufacturing and warehouse environments.
• Data Management: Utilize Excel to track recruitment metrics candidate pipelines and reporting for leadership.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews to assess technical skills cultural fit and behavioral traits.
• Relationship Management: Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers providing market insights and candidate recommendations.
• Compliance & Tracking: Maintain accurate records in the ATS to ensure 100% data integrity throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle.

Skills/Qualifications

• Experience: Proven success as a Recruiter specifically within the manufacturing and warehouse sectors.
• Communication: Exceptional persuasive and interpersonal skills; ability to sell opportunities to top talent.
• Technical Tools: Proficiency in Excel for data organization and reporting is essential.
• Adaptability: Proven ability to handle ever-changing priorities and shifting focus without losing momentum.
• Organization: Disciplined and efficient with a high attention to detail and professional documentation standards.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience education certifications and specific job-related skills. $25/hr
