Job Summary
We are looking for a ServiceNow QA/Tester with hands-on experience in Automated Test Framework (ATF) and manual regression testing within ServiceNow. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality and stability of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and execute test cases using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Perform manual functional and regression testing within ServiceNow.
- Validate new features enhancements and defect fixes.
- Identify log and track defects through resolution.
- Work closely with developers and Business Analysts to ensure quality delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in ServiceNow testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework).
- Experience in manual regression and functional testing.
- Understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g. ITSM HRSD CSM preferred).
- Good analytical and communication skills.
