Work Type: Temporary Assignment

Job Type: Onsite

Shift: Backend Day compressed shift 10am-10pm (Shift H). Thursday-Saturday with Wednesday every other week or (Shift G) Sunday to Tuesday with Wednesday every other week.

Job Description:

THE ROLE:

To provide support to manage and maintain SLT lab hardware inventory. We have competitive benefit packages and an award-winning culture. Join us!

THE PERSON:

A successful candidate should be comfortable dealing with inventory management different computer software especially MS office sharepoint and good attention to details.
You are independent resourceful and take initiative. You are a phenomenal teammate with positive working demeanor and excellent customer service skills when dealing with contractors and suppliers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Help Organize and Optimize Requests from Engineering teams by Priority and Urgency
Support Organization and Handling of material and hardwares
Assist and support the moving of important materials to the locations it needs to be run on
Accurately complete all paperwork associated with Inventory transfer
Ensure proper housekeeping in the lab as well as other duties as assigned by supervisor
Connect with engineers or product teams about requests
Work with vendors on logistic portion of board repair
Support basic equipment/hardware troubleshooting

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

Lab experience preferred
Attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to speak/read/write in English
Ability to use computer for sending/receiving email updating spreadsheets viewing documents
Previous integrated circuit or board test experience a plus
Ability to work compressed work week schedule
May include extended periods of standing
Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

BS in EE or CS preferred
