Job Summary

Machine Operator I IV Position Summary

Sets up and operates production machinery in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Uses computer-controlled equipment to position and secure automatic or semi-automatic machines. Adjusts machine settings to meet specifications quality standards and production timelines.

Machine Operator I

Operates machines under close supervision.
Performs basic setup and operation tasks.
Follows detailed work instructions and SOPs.

Machine Operator II

Independently operates production machinery.
Completes routine machine adjustments.
Identifies and reports quality or equipment issues.

Machine Operator III

Performs complex machine setups and operations.
Assists in training junior operators.
Troubleshoots equipment and process issues.

Machine Operator IV

Independently performs advanced machine operations.
Acts as subject-matter expert on equipment.
Supports process improvements and advanced troubleshooting.
