About the Role:
As a Finance & Restructuring Litigation Associate you will work closely with experienced attorneys on complex disputes arising from financial transactions and restructuring matters. This role offers meaningful responsibility hands-on litigation experience and the opportunity to develop deep expertise in a highly specialized and evolving practice area.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with litigation matters related to financial transactions and corporate restructurings
- Conducting legal research drafting motions pleadings and briefs

- Managing case documentation and ensuring accuracy organization and attention to detail in filings and legal analysis
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3 5 years of litigation experience at an Am Law 100 firm
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical ability
- Strong academic credentials
- The ability to work effectively in a collaborative fast-paced legal environment
