Role Requirements

Ability to speak and understand English effectively.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
3 years of customer service experience in a professional environment.
2 years of clerical experience including data entry and troubleshooting.
3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook etc.).
Help desk experience is highly desired.
