Cleaning Exp (Required)
Pay $18 an hour
Part time to full time after training
Gated Residence / Same community daily.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including floors restrooms offices and common spaces ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained
Sweep mop vacuum dust and disinfect surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards
Restock supplies such as paper towels soap dispensers and trash bags to ensure availability at all times
Handle waste disposal responsibly by emptying trash bins and recycling containers regularly
Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment properly to prevent accidents or injuries
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for quick resolution
Maintain a positive attitude and work efficiently to meet daily cleaning goals in a timely manner

Requirements

Ability to stand bend kneel and walk for extended periods during shifts
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to thoroughness and quality
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
Good communication skills for teamwork and reporting issues effectively
Prior cleaning or custodial experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and reliability are essential for success in this role
