- 3 years experience with Agile as a Scrum Master (including scrum techniques and artifacts such as Scrum Kanban user stories backlogs Scrum/Kanban boards sprint planning retrospectives burndown metrics velocity).
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as knowledge and experience of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project
- A proven track record of successfully implementing projects using Agile methodologies.
- Agile Certifications required (CSM PSM etc)
- Experience working with project teams that contain Developers IT Business Analysts Architects Quality Assurance Business Product Owners Project Sponsors etc.
- Experience in coordinating with multiple extended teams
