What Youll Do

• Provide individual and group art therapy sessions tailored to each clients needs
• Conduct assessments of emotional psychological and developmental functioning
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Use a variety of creative arts modalities (drawing painting sculpture mixed media etc.) to support self-expression and healing
• Maintain accurate confidential clinical documentation and progress notes
• Integrate additional therapeutic approaches (CBT mindfulness play therapy etc.) when appropriate

What You Bring

• Masters degree in Art Therapy Counseling or related field
• Certification/licensure as an Art Therapist (e.g. ATR-BC) or ability to obtain within 2 years
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain within 2 years
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in art therapy
• Experience with complementary therapeutic modalities is a plus
