Job Summary

Job Title: Production Technician (Assembler)

Location: Mobile AL 36605

Duration: 12 Months

Pay Rate: $20/hour
Shift: 12-hour shifts (First shift starts at 6:00 AM)
Schedule: Rotational schedule depending on workload
Shift Differential: $2/hour

Location Preference: Local candidates to Mobile area preferred

** Candidates having experience in mechanical production environments such as: (Can apply!)

Heavy production equipment operation
Chemical processes
Millwright work
Pipe fitting
Welding
Control room operations
Other related industrial experience

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and test complex mechanical components to required tolerances
Follow all safety quality and HSSE guidelines
Monitor and adjust production equipment based on supervisor instructions
Operate and control:
- Brakes pumps primary wheels reels
- Compressors and water chillers
- Line speed adjustments
Develop understanding of:
- Spooling route construction
- Accumulator construction
- Spooling umbilicals to installation reels
Participate in Closing Extrusion and Load-out pre-meetings
Assist with bundling extrusion and load-out operations
Become certified as an outer sheathing repairer
May operate forklift and/or overhead crane

Minimum Requirements

3 years of Manufacturing or Assembly experience
