Client is hiring a Account Manager/Client success should have worked on digital transformation or understand digital transformation well enough managing clients in the Data/Digital Transformation services space IT Services sales.

Desired profile

Candidates with Retail and CPG Domain . Very Good communications ability to create and make business presentations.
Should have worked on digital transformation or understand digital transformation well enough managing clients in the Data/Digital Transformation services space IT Services sales.
Recent experience in the vertical of at least 3 years
Client engagement and relationship building skills. Managing P&L

Roles and Responsibility

Communicating with clients to understand their needs and Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment. Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes. Identifying industry trends.
Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experienc
