Job Summary

Job Title: New Verticals Catalog Strategy & Operations (Photos Pod)

Location: Remote

About the Role

This role sits on the Photos Pod within the Catalog team and directly supports the Photos Manager in scaling the product photoshoot program.

You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality product imagery is captured processed and published efficiently across merchant catalogs. This position combines operational coordination data analysis and process development to drive scalable improvements in catalog quality.

Key Responsibilities Photoshoot Coordination & Execution

Partner with Account Managers Merchants and Vendors to schedule and coordinate photoshoots
Analyze inventory data to prepare detailed shot lists based on item availability across store locations
Manage day-of logistics and real-time communication with photographers and merchants
Ensure timely and accurate completion of photoshoot sessions

Data Analysis & Prioritization

Use SQL to analyze inventory item views and sales data to prioritize photoshoot items
Identify optimal store locations based on inventory levels and operational readiness
Create data-driven priority item lists to maximize catalog impact

Photo Processing & Catalog Management

Leverage AI tools and software for photo processing and cataloging within internal databases
Upload and validate photos in the customer-facing catalog
Maintain quality control standards for image accuracy and consistency

Process Improvement & Documentation

Develop scalable operational playbooks documenting workflows best practices and lessons learned
Automate workflows using tools such as SQL Cursor and Google Scripts
Track program performance and identify opportunities to increase efficiency

What Youll Do

Build and scale photoshoot operational processes
Use data to inform execution decisions
Automate repetitive workflows to improve speed and accuracy
Create dashboards and reporting tools to track program success
Support cross-functional partners in improving catalog quality at scale

What Were Looking For Core Qualifications

Bachelors degree required
2 years of experience in operations project management customer success consulting strategy banking tech startups or related fields
Experience thriving in fast-paced high-performance environments

Technical Skills

Strong SQL skills; comfortable querying across multiple data sources
Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools
Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Google Scripts AI tools or similar platforms)
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
