Job Description:
- A Project Manager in Application Operations is responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of security frameworks and DevOps platforms overseeing the build and support of middleware components and reviewing & implementing monitoring requirements.
- They also manage the transition from build to run and operate phases ensuring smooth operations and incident management.
- The role requires strong leadership in incident problem and change management during the run and operate phase.
- Additionally the Project Manager determines and tracks scope milestones tasks risks assumptions objectives and dependencies relating to projects creating a governance to report progress.
- They are constantly on the lookout for areas for implementing automation & new technologies & thereby bring in productivty improvements.
- They proactively build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities to add value and engage team members as needed
