Serve as the subject matter expert for Adobe Analytics Customer Journey Analytics Adobe Target and Adobe Real-Time CDP.
Lead readiness assessment planning and execution of the migration from legacy Adobe Analytics to CJA.
Define best-practice governance data layer standards and implementation frameworks for analytics and tagging.
Implementation & Technical Enablement
Audit current Adobe Analytics and site tagging implementation to identify data gaps accuracy issues and opportunities for improvement.
Partner with ad/martech tagging teams to design document and implement high-quality tagging specifications for new features site enhancements and redesigned customer journeys.
Ensure CJA is properly integrated with CDPs CRM platforms identity systems and other enterprise data sources.
Improve site visitor identification rates through identity resolution strategies and integrations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the liaison between technical teams (martech data engineering platform operations) and business stakeholders (digital product marketing analytics).
Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and ensure analytical outputs meet stakeholder needs.
Educate and support business teams on CJA capabilities data usage and best practices.
Data & Documentation Excellence
Use SQL to analyze existing data structures validate tagging and troubleshoot implementation issues.
Create and maintain comprehensive tagging design documentation solution design references (SDRs) data dictionaries and process documentation.
Establish scalable documentation standards to support onboarding of new analysts and ongoing governance.
Qualifications
7 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and large-scale enterprise implementations.
2 years of direct experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
Strong SQL skills for data validation QA and historical implementation review.
Deep understanding of digital tagging methodologies data layers event-driven architectures and web/mobile instrumentation.
Background integrating Adobe solutions with CDPs CRM platforms identity systems and marketing technologies.
Knowledge of identity resolution authentication-based data strategies and cross-device visitor stitching.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working in or supporting complex B2B environments.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Target and Adobe Real-Time CDP.
Demonstrated ability to build documentation frameworks such as tagging guides SDRs and data dictionaries.
