Job Summary

Join Our Established Neonatology Practice in Oklahoma City OK!

Pediatrix is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologist to join an established practice at a leading hospital in Oklahoma City. The selected candidate will provide coverage for two Level III NICUs enjoying a supportive community-oriented work environment backed by a robust hospital system. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collegial setting with a team of skilled professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide Coverage at 2 Level III NICUs:
1. Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City: 43-bed NICU with an average daily census of 29
2. Norman Regional Hospital: 26-bed NICU with an average daily census of 14
Services Available: HFOV jet ventilators and robust sub-specialty and MFM support
Workload: Approximately 10 shifts per month with 24-hour shifts taken out-of-house
Support: 24/7 NNP support and full back-up from the hospital team

Community Engagement: Contribute to a vibrant urban culture with outdoor activities
Facility Collaboration: Work at Mercy Hospital and Norman Regional Hospital

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
Oklahoma State License (or willingness to obtain)
Clean malpractice/license history
Recent NPDB Self Query Report
DEA certification (to be obtained prior to start)
Permanent Placement Fee acknowledgment
No visa sponsorship available
