Role: Technical Business Analyst

Location: Atlanta GA or Raleigh NC or Charlotte NC (Onsite from Day 1)

Job Type: Contract

Required Skills:

9 to 12 years of experience in as a technical business analyst.
Technical BA open systems like and cloud
Banking knowledge across commercial and retail
Communication ability to work in Agile teams

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders like engineering QA to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
An ability to talk technically and also on the process side that meet business needs and objectives.
Analyze data to identify trends patterns and insights that inform business decisions.
Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
Strong communication along with project updates to stakeholders and executives.
Create detailed documentation of business and technical requirements processes and solutions.
Participate in release management testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
