Job Title: Registered Nurse Pre Operative (Nursing)

Location: Canton GA 30115

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Day Shift

Start Date: 03/09/2026 End: 06/06/2026

Guaranteed Hours: 36 /week

Pay Rate: $ 52 /hr. On W-2

Requirements:

Min of 2 years of experience within specialty.
No local candidates within 50 miles
ACLS
NRP
Current BLS
Skills checklist (LTC)
RTO required at submission

Key Responsibilities:

Certified in BLS/ACLS preferred
Applies the nursing process to assess and care for the adult adolescent geriatric and pediatric patient throughout their perioperative experience.
Maintains competency in the care of the patient in the perioperative setting specific to the area of practice and including use of required equipment.
Demonstrates proficiency in required duties and techniques and processes inherent in performing these duties and techniques that are specific to the area of practice in the perioperative setting.
Adheres to professional requirements and recommended standards of practice of professional organizations as applicable to role in the perioperative setting (i.e. AORN Standards and Recommended Practices Standards of Peri anesthesia Nursing Practice.)

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience: Recent experience within the speciality.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
AHA BLS certification (required).
Ability to work independently in a high-acuity fast-paced acute care environment.
