Job Summary

Role: Registered Nurse Hospice RN (PRN)
Location: Traverse City MI
Position: Part Time Part-time (16 hrs/week)

Overview:

As a Hospice Registered Nurse with our client you will collaborate with the care team to provide outstanding patient care. You will support patients in Saginaw and surrounding areas ensuring critical deadlines are met for charting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide management and delivery of patient care plans.
Collaborate with the care team.
Support patients in Traverse City and surrounding areas.
Meet critical deadlines for charting.

Schedule and Shift Details:

At least 4 shifts per month 2 being on weekends.
