POSITION Lead AI Engineer

LOCATION Hybrid in Houston TX-- must be local

DURATION 6 months

C2C PAY RATE $80/hr on W2

REQUIRED SKILLS

Required Experience & Qualifications

Strong background in data science and AI with the ability to explain core concepts and technical tradeoffs.

Proven experience leading or coordinating work across multiple AI projects simultaneously.

Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms or infrastructure (e.g. AI Foundry Azure Stack).

Experience working in consulting or large enterprise environments.

Ability to operate independently prioritize effectively and deliver results in an evolving environment.

Comfort transitioning from a hands-on individual contributor role to a people leadership role over time.
