Job Summary
Honda of Frontenac is seeking motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Consultants to join their team. This position is ideal for individuals seeking high earning potential and who enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Present and explain vehicle features benefits and financing options.
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Work closely with the finance service and management teams to ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and goals.
- Stay knowledgeable about current automotive trends new products and competitive vehicles.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related customer service position preferred.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
