Are you a skilled Automotive Technician looking for a Monday through Friday schedule with a dealership that will invest in your future
We are actively seeking an A or B Level Automotive Technician to join our team in Highland IL. While this role is for our Ford store and Ford experience is our top preference we are highly open to strong candidates with Ford backgrounds. If you have a proven track record of quality repairs and a great work ethic we want to talk to you!

- Well-Equipped Shop: We provide all standard shop tools and Ford-specific specialty tools (technicians must provide their own standard roll-around toolbox and hand/air tools).
What You Will Do:
You will perform a wide range of automotive repairs and maintenance on light and medium-duty vehicles including:
- Advanced mechanical and electrical diagnostics.
- Engine repairs and full replacements.
- Factory software updates and recall campaigns.
- Steering suspension and brake repairs.
- Routine maintenance and multi-point inspections.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional automotive repair experience (Dealership or high-volume independent shop preferred).
- OEM Background: Ford experience is highly preferred but strong GM or other domestic OEM experience is heavily considered.
- Vehicle Scope: Experience with light and medium-duty vehicles is preferred (we do not see a large volume of heavy-duty trucks).
- Tools: Must possess your own tools and toolbox suited to your experience level.
- Drive: A valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
