Requirements
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related fields.
At least 6 years of experience in the financial and/or accounting area or similar functions.
A B2 or C1 level of English is essential.
Have experience working with Oracle
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables VLOOKUPS and data analysis).

General objective:
The Project Accountant I supports the financial and commercial management of assigned projects by performing core project accounting activities including accruals capitalization revenue recognition support and working capital monitoring. The role provides transactional and analytical support for programlevel reporting cash tracking and monthend close activities ensuring accurate financial data and timely reporting. Working under guidance from senior finance stakeholders contributes to effective project controls compliance with accounting standards and reliable financial outcomes across a defined project portfolio.
Main responsibilities:
Provide full financial support to the Projects assigned performing juniorlevel project accounting activities including accruals and capitalization in accordance with accounting policies.
Prepare and deliver financial reporting outputs for the assigned projects to the Business Partner ensuring accuracy timeliness and consistency of project financial data.
Support Major Projects and Programs cash target development and perform weekly tracking of actuals versus targets across assigned projects highlighting variances and supporting corrective actions.
Perform weekly reviews of cost and revenue exceptions including analysis of gross margin (GM) collections unapplied cash workinprogress (WIP) accounts receivable (AR) and key variances.
Review and support monthend revenue recognition accruals overhead allocations foreign exchange adjustments and gross margin ensuring accurate and compliant project financial results.
Prepare and support post monthend project reporting at Worley Project Review (WPR) including actions related to cost of sales (COS) risks and opportunities (claims / liquidated damages) writeoffs revenue checklists cash targets and project closeouts.
Compile review and present inputs for project budgets and forecasts supporting management decisionmaking through clear financial analysis and insights.
Provide transactional finance support for GWIS (Global Work Integration Services) activities including accounts payable processing journal entries and cash forecasting ensuring alignment with project and corporate requirements.
