- Degree in Marketing / Property Management or a related discipline
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in property leasing or marketing
- Knowledge of retail shop management fitting-out supervision or station operations is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Hands-on experience in various software applications such as Chinese and English word processing Excel and PowerPoint

- Supervise the leasing of designated station shop facilities including kiosks banks and other vending machines
- Implement appropriate leasing strategies to enhance tenant mix and render customer services to maximise rental revenue
- Manage the retail fitting-out works and support station shop projects by liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in carrying out sectional support and administrative duties
