This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 37 yrs exp handling complex ERISA and employee benefits litigation matters. The role offers exposure to high-stakes fiduciary litigation benefits disputes and regulatory enforcement matters within an elite litigation platform.
The Role
Represent plan sponsors fiduciaries and financial institutions in ERISA litigation
Handle fiduciary breach claims benefits disputes and class action matters
Draft dispositive motions briefs and other advocacy materials
Manage discovery including depositions and expert coordination
Prepare witnesses and support trial strategy and court proceedings
Ideal Background
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
37 yrs exp in ERISA or complex benefits litigation
Experience handling fiduciary breach or benefits-related disputes preferred
Strong motion practice writing and oral advocacy skills
Top academic credentials
Ability to manage multiple high-level matters simultaneously
Admitted in Texas or eligible for admission
