Starting your career in Investment Banking Division as an Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisition team you will be a key player in the execution of the firms business.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the origination and execution of M&A transactions.
- Client coverage of priority accounts from an M&A perspective in partnership with client executive bankers.
- Target deal origination analysis and strategy.
- Day-to-day leadership of M&A transaction execution projects.
- Management of transaction deal teams.
- Partnership with equity debt and markets groups covering the region.
- Management of marketing materials.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Minimum 6 years of prior experience in an M&A or relevant investment banking role.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics or a related field.
- Prior team leadership experience.
- Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals clients and key stakeholders in other lines of business.
- Self-directed highly motivated and able to work independently.
