About the role:

As aSenior Software Engineer you will be a technical anchor for our business domain focusing on the development and optimization of ourad servingsystems. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and scalable technical execution. Thisrolerequiresa leader who thrives in a collaborative face-to-face engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Ingestion:Quickly and autonomouslyonboardontothe existing complex digital campaign management and ad serving platform architecture within the firstfewweeks.
  

• System Optimization:Develop and refine critical components within the business domain to ensure high performance and reliability.

• Technical Leadership & Authority:Lead high-impact projects and serve as a primary authority on technical issues for less senior developers.
  

• Consultative Strategy:Play a consultative role with other senior developers and managers on technology decisions and implementations.
  

• Problem Solving:Solve challenging technical hurdles balancing short-term deliverables with long-term technical strategy and operational excellence.
  

• Consensus & Alignment:Proactivelyidentifytechnical risks provide realistic work estimates and drive alignment by building consensus across teams.
  

• Collaboration:Partner with product managers to translate business requirements into scalable effective technical solutions.
  

• Design & Best Practices:Participatein design reviews provide actionable feedback and drive the adoption of system-wide improvements in tooling and deployment.
  

• Mentorship & Culture:Mentor and train junior developers while contributing to recruiting and onboarding to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  

You must have:

• Education:B.S. in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or equivalent technical experience.

• Experience:58yearsof professional software development experience.

• Core Languages:Advancedproficiencyinmultiple programming paradigms and .

• Data and Interfaces:Strong experience in database and API design.

• Cloud Expertise:Hands-on experience withcloud designdevelopmentand deployment;Google Cloud Platform (GCP)andAmazon Web Services (AWS)preferred.

• Containerization:Design and deployment ofcontainerizedcloud resourcessuch asGoogle Kubernetes Engine (GKE) clusters including resource allocation autoscaling strategies networking (VPC load balancers) and service mesh configurations for latency-sensitive ad requests.

• SaaS:Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-native applications; workedon large-scale high-impact projects.

• SLDC:

• Advanced debugging and performance optimization skills
• Leads implementation of complex features
• Ensures code quality through thorough reviews
• Drives automation and efficiency improvements
• Balances technical debt performance and scalability

It would be very good if you have experience in:

• AdTech/High-Performance Experience:Direct experience developing or managing low-latency high-RPS platforms (e.g. Ad ServersRTBBidders Payment Gateways).

• GCP Professional Cloud Architectcertification.

• Web languages and technologieslike JavaScript Perl HTML XML etc.

• Web serverslike Apache Nginx Jetty etc.

• SCM and CI toolslike GitGerritand Jenkins.

• ALM toolslike Confluence and JIRA.

• Durable Queueslike Apache Kafka.

• Deployment technologieslike Docker.

Physical requirements:

• INVIDI is a conscious clean well-organized and supportive office.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are normal.
