POSITION SUMMARY
The Revenue Analyst will serve as a key member of the Revenue Management team and focuses on the development and execution of data-driven revenue optimization strategies. This role requires analysis of large and complex datasets to identify performance trends produce actionable insights and deliver strategic recommendations that support optimizing NOI. The analyst will partner with cross-functional departments to uncover revenue growth opportunities monitor and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) and play a critical role in the companys overall financial performance and operational success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the VP Revenue by analyzing data related to pricing sales mix segmentation and capacity to identify trends and performance drivers
- Support the responsible use of AI by documenting use cases validating outputs and assisting with basic model performance monitoring and data quality checks
- Utilize analytics tools automation and AI-enabled platforms to improve reporting efficiency and analytical workflows under guidance from senior team members
- Assist with daily weekly monthly and quarterly reporting processes ensuring data accuracy consistency and timeliness.
- Support market research and competitor analysis efforts by collecting data developing benchmarks and summarizing insights related to revenue performance
- Conduct routine and ad hoc data analyses to uncover patterns trends and correlations and assist in translating findings into clear insights for internal stakeholders
- Build maintain and update dashboards reports and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support business decision-making
- Collaborate with Sales Marketing and other internal teams to provide data-driven insights that support commercial initiatives campaigns and pricing decisions
- Assist in forecasting and trend analysis by using historical data to help evaluate business performance and support planning activities
- Work with the Ticketing team to help ensure systems and tools (including Ventrata) are set up correctly for reporting pricing analysis and capacity tracking
- Participate in testing learning and adoption of new analytics tools and technologies to enhance data capabilities and operational efficiency

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of translating data into actionable business strategies
- Comfort using AI tools as part of daily analytical workflows
- Data analytics tools experience is preferred (e.g. SQL Python Tableau Power BI). At a minimum expert proficiency in Excel is required
- Proven ability to drive results meet deadlines and exceed targets in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality
- Excellent multi-tasking organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or Economics
- Two to three years of experience in a related position
- Must have experience with creating reports and models

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

$75000 - $95000 a year
Salary is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience job location size of property where applicable and/or addition to your base salary ESRT provides discretionary annual bonuses.
