Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales activities ensuring consistent revenue growth strengthening customer and partner relationships.
Responsibilities / Tasks
- Responsibility for sales of Farm Equipment for Dairy farms (Manure equipment Drinks Barns Ventilation)
- Creation of a product catalog of equipment for cowbarns
- Preparation of commercial offers for sales managers and dealers
- Pricing communication with suppliers and conclusion of agreements
- Develop & grow business with potential customers and build up sufficient sales funnel achieve / exceed the agreed budget for the year
- Effect communication between customers & dealers in relation to application requests for solutions for dairy farms preparations of commercial quotations contracts and visits to customers
- Effective collaboration with other stakeholders across matrix organization
- Commercial Proposals and Contracts responsibility to ensure proposals and contracts are accurate and detailed in accordance with GEA dealers and customer expectations and timings
- Customer demonstrations responsible for organizing coordinating and monitoring demonstrations with the customer in practice
- Monitor market and identify opportunities for other GEA products and Divisions
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Proactive energetic and business-driven professional with strong interest in technology.
- Proven track record in project sales including strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Knowledge of or strong interest in the Ukrainian dairy and food processing market.
- Motivation for continuous learning and personal development with willingness to build deep understanding of GEAs solutions technologies and unique value propositions.
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level).
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with enthusiasm for engineering technologies and sales.
- Ability to work effectively in matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.
- Solid IT skills including CRM opportunity management and effective use of Outlook and MS Teams.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the country.
