We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager who will help us scale lead generation and manage outbound channels.
Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads according to the defined ICP
Work with LinkedIn email and Telegram outreach channels
Maintain and update CRM systems and spreadsheets
Collaborate with Researcher BizDev and Project Manager
Monitor funnel performance and suggest improvements
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B lead generation (preferably in IT / Tech / FinTech)
Strong understanding of ICP and the B2B sales funnel
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems
Ability to write or adapt outreach messages
Attention to detail and proactive mindset
