Job Summary
Ajax Systems is an international tech company and the largest manufacturer of security systems in Europe with over 4.5 million end users and 330K PRO users in more than 180 countries worldwide. The company offers end-to-end solutions for protecting homes and businesses оf any scale. To date Ajax product portfolio includes 280 devices for intrusion protection video surveillance fire and life safety and comfort and automation.
Were looking for a Product Manager to drive the development and growth of our intercom part of Ajax ecosystem. This role is a unique opportunity for a passionate professional who can align market needs with companys short/long-term vision ensuring seamless development of intercom products and features.
Ajax video ecosystem includes wired wireless video cameras network video recorders doorbells AI recognition on edge smart features interconnection with Ajax intrusion and fire systems subscriptions and many more.

Hard skills:
Market Research & Analysis: Knowledge of how to conduct market research analyze competitors and understand market trends to make informed product decisions make a calculation of unit economy;
Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of relevant industry regulations (e.g. GDPR for data privacy legal financial region diversity) that may impact the products design or functionality;
Wireframing & Prototyping: Experience with tools like Figma or Miro to create low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes that communicate the intended design and functionality of the product.
Experience in CCTV
Would be a plus:
Experience in building products from scratch
Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as sales engineering UX/UI customer support marketing
Pre-sale experience
Technical background
Key Responsibilities:
Identify market and customer needs for intercom products align them with the companys mid and long-term goals;
Research markets and competitors to ensure the best value proposition;
Manage entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch to continuous improvement;
Take full ownership over the product vision strategy and roadmap of Ajax Intercom devices features. Define and articulate them clearly with business and RnD stakeholders;
Analyse and integrate feedback to refine product features and ensure regulatory compliance;
Prioritise data-driven and feedback-driven approach in feature development ensuring minimal risks and time to market.
