As anAI Product Owner you will drive the discovery and delivery of AIpowered solutions across our core business processes. This role focuses on business value realization: optimizing processes reducing manual work improving decisionmaking using AI.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify areas where AI can deliver measurable impact (time/cost savings error reduction quality improvement).
• Collect and formalize requirements for AI solutions together with business stakeholders and tech teams.
• Design solution architecture and integration patterns.
• Prepare cost/benefit and ROI analysis: development infrastructure licenses LLM tokens and ongoing maintenance.
• Communicate with stakeholders: present concepts PoC/MVP results and regular status updates.
• Coordinate with security and other relevant teams to ensure compliant use of AI solutions.

• Manage AI development efforts: coordinate and prioritise work for AI/ML/LLM engineers provide clear goals and acceptance criteria review deliverables and ensure timely highquality delivery of AI features.

Key Requirements:

• 3 years in Product Owner / Product Manager / Solution Owner / Tech Lead or similar;
• Handson experience delivering AI or LLMbased projects;
• Experience with cloud platforms and APIs;
• Proven experience coordinating or managing technical teams;
• Strong in requirements gathering and translating business needs into tech tasks;
• Ability to clearly explain AI risks and limitations to nontechnical stakeholders;

• English: strong B2.
