Digital & Demand Generation Manager - B2B
Were partnering with a rapidly scaling data centre platform powering next-generation high performance compute with 100% renewable energy.
Since launching almost a decade ago the business has expanded significantly and is now at the forefront of sustainable infrastructure supporting AI cloud and advanced compute workloads.
This is not a maintenance marketing role.
This is a build scale and optimise mandate within a category-defining business.
The Opportunity
Youll own end-to-end digital strategy and demand generation across global markets driving brand visibility qualified pipeline and revenue impact across enterprise and strategic accounts.
Youll operate at the intersection of infrastructure AI and sustainability with direct exposure to senior commercial stakeholders.
Digital Campaign Strategy and Execution
Lead integrated campaigns across paid search display social email webinars and remarketing
Drive demand generation aligned to product launches brand growth and lifecycle objectives
Optimise performance across Google Ads LinkedIn Meta and X
Execute structured A/B and multivariate testing to refine targeting and creative
Account-Based and Lifecycle Marketing
Design and scale ABM strategies targeting enterprise and priority verticals
Build persona-based nurture programs across buying stages
Align with Commercial and Product teams to drive sales enablement outcomes
Performance and Analytics
Own campaign reporting dashboards and channel ROI metrics
Forecast performance and optimise spend allocation
Identify market benchmarks competitor movements and optimisation opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product Sales Content and Design to ensure campaigns land commercially
Lead creative briefs landing page strategy and campaign messaging
Support executive communications and event amplification initiatives
What Were Looking For
Deep experience in digital growth or demand generation marketing
Background in B2B cloud AI infrastructure or high-growth tech environments
Strong paid media execution across Google LinkedIn Meta and X
Hands-on experience with HubSpot Salesforce and GA
Demonstrated ownership of pipeline targets and revenue contribution
Advanced analytical capability and performance optimisation mindset
Confident stakeholder engagement across senior commercial teams
Youll thrive here if youre commercially sharp data-driven and comfortable operating across time zones in a fast-moving global environment.
