Job Summary
Paddock Chevrolet Best Places to work Finalist for the 2nd year. Paddock Chevrolet is hiring a part-time Loaner Car agent to assist customers into borrowed vehicles while they are in for service. We are looking for an energetic customer service oriented person able to work:
Tuesday - Friday 1pm-6pm and Saturdays 7am-5pm
Job Duties of the Loaner Car Agent include:
- Managing a fleet of 40loaner vehicles ensuring they are ready for use when loaned and thoroughly checked upon return
- Inputting customer information to create loaner agreement and obtaining the necessary signatures
- Confirming customers documents meet requirements to receive a borrowed vehicle from our dealership
- Tracking vehicles to know all cars are accounted for and when additional cars are available to service customers
- Covering the Service Cashier as needed checking out customers and receiving payments
- Clerical tasks as necessary to support other employees/departments
Candidates for the Loaner Car Agent should have:
- ValidDrivers License
- Clean driving record
- Good face-to-face customer service skills
- Loaner or Rental Car Experience
- Automotive Dealership Experience a plus
- Dealertrack and X-Time experience isa plus

Standing and sitting for extended periods and working outdoors are necessary at times for this position.
