Responsibilities
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner
- Managing and organizing office files and records
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies inventory
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
Qualifications :
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word Excel Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
