We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires a motivated individual who is detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations including filing photocopying and data entry
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for staff
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel
- Maintain and order office supplies to ensure stock levels are adequate
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors and service providers
- Assist in organizing company events and team activities
Qualifications :
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
