The Warehouse Fulfillment Office will be responsible physical card printing and distribution as well as verifying contractor documents when registering with Workforce Safety (Damstra).
Responsibilities
- Print physical cards and dispatch them to Workforce Safety customers
- Verify customer documents
- Monitor and maintain consumable levels for card printing
- Stock and organize products in bins and on shelves
- Keep the work area clean and hazardfree
- Assist with general supply and warehouse tasks as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and OHS guidelines
- Maintain accurate stock levels and asset records
- Organise courier shipments across Australia and internationally
- Communicate with customers and internal teams about order status
Skills and Experience
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle daytoday office tasks efficiently
- Highly organized and detailoriented with a focus on accuracy
- Positive teamfocused attitude and comfortable collaborating with others
- Dependable responsible and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work onsite from our Rutherford warehouse
