Founded in 1953 Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC) located in scenic Upstate NY is a multi-campus College with locations in Troy and Malta New York. To be considered an applicant for this position you must meet the minimum qualifications as stated in this announcement. HVCC does not support Visas. Applicants must be either a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident of the United States and appointment will be contingent upon completion of a background check.
Positions are with the Kids on Campus Summer Athletic Camps in the following areas: Adventure All Sports Basketball Dodgeball Golf Soccer Softball Tennis and Volleyball.
We are creating a qualified registry of applicants. A vacant position may not currently exist in each area.
Employment Date: June 1 2026
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Graduate. Two years of participation in appropriate sport; prior experience working in a supervisory capacity with children preferably in a camp setting.
Duties and/or Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily activities of children in the camp
Assist in developing program content
Responsible for the appropriate use of college equipment and facilities
Work with other assistant coaches to provide a harmonious program
Promote good sportsmanship
Perform other duties as assigned
SALARY: $300 per week (5 half days)/$600 per week (5 full days)
