Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations (receiving storage picking packing shipping)
Manage and develop warehouse staff (hiring training performance management)
Ensure inventory accuracy documentation and compliance with company policies
Monitor warehouse budget labor costs and operational KPIs
Implement process improvements and technology solutions (WMS automation Lean)
Maintain safety quality and efficiency standards
Collaborate with logistics purchasing and production teams
Provide reports and operational insights to management

Qualifications :

Manager: 10 years of overall warehouse/logistics experience
Supervisor: 5 years of warehouse supervising experience
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
Bilingual (Korean & English) required
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics or related field (preferred)
Experience with WMS ERP and MS Office
Proven track record in process improvement cost reduction and team development
Ability to manage and operate in a warehouse environment
