This leading electrical engineering company specializes in high voltage installations maintenance and power distribution projects. They are seeking a skilled and safety-focused High Voltage Engineer to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Design install test and commission high voltage (HV) systems.
Perform maintenance and fault-finding on HV equipment (switchgear transformers and substations).
Prepare technical reports method statements and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Coordinate with project managers contractors and clients.
Provide technical support during project execution and shutdowns.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
35 years experience in high voltage systems (11kV132kV or higher).
Experience with substations protection systems and HV testing.
Knowledge of electrical standards and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and protection diagrams.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
